Chuwi Vi10 Review, Packs Intel Z3736F and runs Android and Windows

Chuwi Vi10 is one of the most unique tablets out there as it packs the ability to dual boot between Windows and android operating systems. Powered by Intel Atom Z3736F quad core processor, it runs Windows 8.1 and Android 4.4 kitkat operating system on the same system. The processor runs at 1.83 GHz clock speed and handles almost any application or game with ease.

For storage, you get 32 gigabytes of onboard storage that is backed by 2GB of memory. There are two cameras on board, both packing 2 megapixels. The storage is expandable via micro SD card slot which is also known as TF card slot in some countries. Port selection includes two USB 2.0 ports, mini HDMI and 3.5mm headphone jack. There are not many tablets out there that offers 2 USB ports.

The screen of the Chuwi Vi10 has excellent viewing angles since it packs IPS display technology which is only found in high end and more expensive tablets like iPad. While Chuwi Vi10 runs Windows 8.1 out of box, you are entitled free upgrade to Windows 10. However we do not suggest upgrading to newer version for two reasons. First, installing windows 10 over windows 8.1 will consume a significant chunk of space and we don’t suggest doing clean install as it can mess up the android part. Second, Chuwi clearly specifies that any alterations done to system will lead to warranty void.
