Vodafone, a telecom operator has released two new tablets called Smart Tab 7 III (3) and Smart tab 10 III (3). Just like last year, this year the Vodafone tablet will be produced by Lenovo and will be based on IdeaTab A1000 / A3000 / A6000 with some hardware difference. Specifications of Smart Tab 7 and 10 include quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, expandable with microSD card to let you store you more.
It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, and comes equipped with 3G / HSPA+ modem with a claimed speeds of 42.2 Mbit / s down. There is a 5-megapixel camera on the back and a front camera as well for doing video calls.
The differences between the two tablet is obviously difference in screen and battery size. The tablet has a 7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and 3500mAh battery, while the 10-inch version integrates an IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and 6350 mAh battery.
