Lenovo is all set to unveil Intel Atom Z3795 powered ThinkPad 10 tablet that packs 10.1 inch display, full HD resolution, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of SSD storage. In fact some shops in Europe are already taking its orders which also tell us that it will be released in April 2014.
Of course the high light of Lenovo ThinkPad 10 is the powerful quad-core processor Intel Atom Z3795 1.6GHz (up to 2:39 GHz). The CPU was released just few days back along with Z3740D both of which are part of Intel’s bay trail family.
Other specifications include 2 – 4 gigabytes of RAM and maximum storage space of 128GB that is further expandable via micro SD card slots. You also get 8 mega pixel rear camera, 2 MP webcam, 3Whr battery, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC.
Since it is a “ThinkPad” you can expect all the business features like fingerprint reader, smart card reader and of course the Professional variant of Windows 8.1 operating system pre loaded.
Concrete price details are not available but we are expecting it to cost between USD 1000-1300.
Lenovo is also selling a netbook for colleagues called the Thinkpad Mini 10. It is a completely different product and is no way related to this windows 8 tablet.
