Razer Blade Pro has been updated and the new models include the new Nvidia GeForce GTX 960m and faster dual storage options. It is on sale in US for 2300 dollars.
After the announcement of the new Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M and 950M graphic cards, Razer announced an update of its Blade Pro gaming laptop. This laptop is designed for gamers, creative professionals and demanding students that works with heavy applications.
Blade Pro 2015 specifications
The new Blade Pro comes equipped with Nvidia GeForce GTX 960m graphics card with 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM, quad core Intel Core i7 4720HQ processor, 17.3 inch full HD matte display, up to 512 GB SSD and 1 TB hard disk.
Razer Blade Pro belongs to the category of thin and light gaming laptops. The new Blade Pro features durable aluminum chassis weighing only 3.1kg and measuring 22mm in thickness. Razer has used principles of localized heat in this gaming laptop. They have achieved this by studying the internal heat dissipation produced by the GPU and CPU and directing it to areas not usually affected by the user.
As with any modern gaming laptop, you get illuminated keyboard. The base model price is 2300 dollars in USA with which you get Intel Core i7-4720HQ, 16GB of RAM DDR3L-1600, 128GB SSD + 500GB HDD, 17.3-inch display (1920 x 1080 pixels) and GeForce GTX 960m graphics. It shall be noted that Razer is already using GTX 970M which is more powerful than 960M in Razer Blade 14 gaming laptop.
