The top-of-range GPU is the Quadro M5000M which has 1536 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR5 memory on a 256-bit bus with a bandwidth of 160GB / s. The TDP is 100W which is same as Nvidia GeForce GTX 980M. The Nvidia Quadro M3000M has a TDP of 75 watts, 1,024 CUDA cores and 4GB of GDDR5 memory. Now let us talk about the Quadro M600M, M1000M and M2000M which will be used in low end laptops. The latter, M2000M has 640 CUDA cores and 4GB of memory (TDP of 55 watts), the Quadro M1000M has 512 CUDA cores with 2GB of VRAM and TDP of 40 watts, while the Quadro M600M (only 30 watts TDP) is the cheapest of the entire family, with 384 CUDA cores and 2GB of VRAM.
The new graphics cards Nvidia Quadro M3000M, M4000M, M5000M, M600M, M1000M and M2000M support HEVC encryption hardware and Optimus technology.
