This is the review of the HP Elitebook Revolve 810. The computer is a hybrid laptop and one can easily call it the business version of the HP X2, which was powered by Atom processor and meager 2GB RAM. Or you can call it a smaller version of HP Elitebook 9470m.
The Elitebook Revolve 810 has a 11.6 inch display and weighs 1.37 kilograms, which is okay for a laptop of this size. The highlight feature of this laptop is its swiveling display that lets you use it as a tablet.
The screen makes use of IPS technology, which is same as the one being used in phones like Lumia 920 and iPhone. This type of display ensures great viewing angles and colors. The colors literally pop out. That said, the display packs a rather pathetic resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. We really wish it was higher. Fortunately, it does not disappoints on the multi touch department as it has 10 touch points. For some weird reason, HP did not include a stylus with it – quite weird for a practical tablet computer.
The processor inside this Elitebook is Intel Core i5 3437U processor. This dual core processor runs at 1.9GHz clock speed and auto overclocks to 2.9GHz under turbo boost mode. The i5 3437U CPU also supports hyper threading.
