The device feels quite snappy and design lines are simple but pleasing. Its cover is made of brushed aluminum finish that adds a touch of elegance to it. There are plenty of modules on the Archos ArcBook such as a USB host port, two microUSB 2.0, a slot for MicroSD cards, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a 8000 mAh battery that should provide up to 10 hours of continuous use.

Inside is a Rockchip RK3168 SoC with ARM Cortex A9 processor, supported by 1GB of RAM and 8 GB of flash storage. The display measures 10.1 inches and packs 1024 x 600 pixels. The operating system as expected is Android 4.2 jelly bean complete with Office Suite Pro 6 and playstore marketplace.
