Shuttle and Zotac are popular in the world for making great nettops which are also known as mini PCs. Shuttle NC01 and NS01 are its two new mini computers that feature external GPUs. Shuttle NC01 are NS01 reviews are given below.
Shuttle XPC nano NS01A is a low-power that comes with a Intel Atom Z3735G (Bay Trail) processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of eMMC storage, three USB 2.0, 10/100 Ethernet, WiFi 802.11b / g / n, Bluetooth and an HDMI port. Android operating system comes preinstalled.
Shuttle XPC nano NC01U is more powerful and can be configured with a Intel Broadwell processor where you get a choice of Core i3 / i5 / i7 or Intel Celeron 3205U CPUs, up to 8GB of DDR3L RAM, 2.5” hard disk or M.2 SSD. These models are equipped with HDMI and Display Port, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, an SD card reader, Gigabit, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Both NC01 and NS01 take up very little space and are about the half of Shuttle DS57U3, DS57U5 and DS57U7 slim computers with Broadwell processors that were launched recently. The upper part of the frame can integrate standard Qi wireless charging base to recharge the smartphone with wireless charging capability.
Another great ability on Shuttle NC01 and NS01 is to add an external graphics card, namely AMD Radeon R7 M300 for playing games or applications that require strong graphics. At the moment we have no information on pricing and availability of the new Shuttle XPC NC01 and NS01 Mini PCs.
